I'm The Sarge — UCCS music student, Army veteran, and the promoter behind Bust Out The Box, the monthly multi-genre music residency at the Wagon Wheel in Colorado Springs.

On November 21, we're throwing Bust Out The Box #13: UCCS Music Night — a full night built around UCCS music students and the department shaping the next generation of Colorado musicians. These artists have agreed to come together to showcase their talents as musicians and artists representing UCCS! I host and own BUST OUT THE BOX local music residency at the wagon wheel every month and at least once a year I try and figure out a way to give back to my community.

This year, I'm raising $25,000 to donate directly to the UCCS Music Department after the show. Every dollar goes to them — instruments, scholarships, program support, whatever the department needs most.

The music department gave me a home as a student. This is how I give back. Help us hit $25,000 for UCCS Music.

Come for the culture. Stay for the unity. Leave inspired.

Stay Different,

The Sarge
