I’m starting this fundraiser to help raise money to put my mom to rest. She’s been in the hospital for weeks fighting a bacteria that created an abscess on a heart valve that would require heart surgery. Do to her age and other health concerns, the doctors weren’t able to perform the surgery. It would be too much of a risk and she would pass during the procedure. We tried giving her antibiotics to help reduce the size of the abscess in her heart but the damage ended up spreading to her brain in which it affected functions of her brain. She wasn’t able to move her leg and arm, wasn’t able to swallow her own food, and she wasn’t able to breath on her own as well. After a couple weeks of fighting my mom asked us to take the machines off of her, she was tired of the procedures and she wanted to fight the battle on her own without the machines. If she could make it she wanted to do it on her own and if it was her time she understood the consequences. After a long battle her body slowly started to shut down. And her time has come. Please help raise money to lay my mom to rest. She had a great life, she loved the way she lived and always had the best outlook on life. She was always humorous, and had the personality of a fire cracker. She was loving and is very loved. She always found a way even when things were rough. My mom was a strong person. She fought till the very end. Please help us put her to rest.
