Our beloved father Jason Smith is currently in hospice care, and while this is one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, we want to make sure we can honor his wishes when the time comes.

Jason is a son, brother,father, and grandfather. He has made many friends through his avid love of darts and pool. As we focus on keeping him comfortable and surrounded by love, we are also preparing for the financial burden of cremation and final arrangements.

We’re asking for help now so that when his time comes, we can fulfill his wishes peacefully, without the added stress of financial hardship.
