UPDATE- JACOB PASSED ON 6/11/26 @ 1:10AM surrounded by loving family.

We are still in need of donations for his funeral at this time.

Our son Jacob was diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroendocrine Small Cell Carcinoma March 6, 2025. He has gone through immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation treatments.

For the last 4 months, Jacob has been fighting hard and undergoing the last option available, more rounds of a new immunotherapy treatment every 3 weeks with a drug called Keytruda.

Unfortunately, his Keytruda has done more harm than help. It was pulled from him on April 28th after it was discovered his heart has enlarged and he has fluid built up around it, among other side effects including partial vision loss.

Jacob is now on 24-hour pain management. He is continuing to fight mentally, but the eventual outcome without some kind of treatment has been known to us for the last 4 months.

He has made his wishes known that he would like to be cremated after his family has said their final goodbye.

When Jacob was diagnosed with cancer, he had to stop working and lost his employer-sponsored life insurance. When we tried to get another policy, he was declined due to the cancer diagnosis.

We are raising funds to pay for his funeral arrangements.

The goal amount will cover the exact cost for the funeral for a viewing and his cremation. Prayers are especially appreciated and needed.
