Help us pay our mom's funeral expenses

Hi everyone,

As many of you already know, my mother, Vivian, passed away this last week. While we had a complicated relationship, it's still important to me that she receives the rest she wanted.

Unfortunately, she died at her house in Ensenada, Mexico, far away from any family members, in a country where none of us speak the language. My brother and dad have driven down to claim the body and manage the cremation process, but the costs of the travel and cremation are already starting to add up. Additionally, since so much of the family is spread across the country, the cost of gathering everyone for a small memorial service just adds on top of that.

Since she had no life insurance or any other way we can cover this ourselves, we've been paying these expenses out of pocket at a time when none of us can afford to. We truly appreciate any support y'all are able to give to help us cover the necessary expenses.
