Help Us Cover the Cost of the Aerial Banner Against Fur Trapping
On April 19, 2025, The Voices of Wildlife in NH held a fur trapping protest directly across the street from the NH Fish and Game’s annual Discover Wild Day. This event included an exhibit by the NH Fur Trappers, who proudly displayed and sold their inhumane wares.
We had two large banners, many signs, and a strong group of protesters on the ground while a banner reading “Fur Trapping is Torture” flew overhead. The plane and the aerial banner are visible in the background of the posted photo. The pilot circled above the event for 45 minutes, and it was clearly seen by everyone at NH Fish and Game, who are responsible for still allowing our wild animals to be tortured by traps. Did you know it was in the 1950s when the U.K. banned the leghold trap for its cruelty? It is prohibited in many countries and states, but NH still allows it, even though trapped animal populations are declining.
This fundraiser is to reimburse the generous donor who covered the cost of the aerial banner. We sincerely appreciate any contribution you can make, no matter the amount.
You may also send a check made out to Voices of Wildlife in NH, PO Box 5862, Manchester, NH 03108. Enclose a note or memo stating your donation is for the aerial banner.
Thank you so much for your support!
