Hi, our little 5 year old dog Nala has a serious spinal injury causing numerous neurological issues, including falling over, walking into walls, limited use of her back legs and worst of all severe pain. The only way to fix this issue is complex and expensive spinal cord surgery, which is going to cost us £8900, money that we don’t have. Our insurance company have been most unhelpful, saying they can only pay for a very small amount of this, due to tiny clauses in their terms and conditions, leaving us heartbroken that we cannot afford the surgery that will save her.
