We need your help! Moose was diagnosed with an intermittently bleeding splenic tumor last week. We knew something was off with him; not eating (even cookies), super lethargic, heavy breathing, doesn't want to do much of anything. The last thing I expected to hear was that he needed surgery ASAP to get a large bleeding tumor along with his spleen that it's attached to taken out.

Moose is my baby, (yes, he's 9 but still) my first born, my emotional support dog, co-pilot and best friend! He's suppose to be a big brother to our second son due at the end of November. As many of you know we just bought a house in June and trying to get everything in order for the new hoomans arrival and the cost of this surgery is money we don't have.

This surgery is necessary to stop the bleeding. A spleen is not necessary. If everything goes as planned in surgery this coming Monday he should have a few weeks laying low and recovering and be back to his old playful self. He's gotta stick around for a few more years to fulfill his Big Brother job title!
