Hi there, Fur Bae here. We have taken in Mae, a (now) 11-week-old puppy with sight issues. We have taken her to a specialist and unfortunately, have been told that she has complete vision loss. This has been caused by a condition that makes her eyelids scrape across her eyes - causing damage, pain and an increased chance of regular infection.

We have been advised to remove sweet Mae's eyes, as she will be much more comfortable. We are moving forward with the surgery ASAP to ensure that Mae is living her best life as quickly as possible.

We need a hand with the bill. We have committed to helping Mae and in order for us to continue her care and the care of other dogs that we are sure will come our way, we need donations to help with the ever-mounting vet bills.
