My name is Christine and I am fundraising for our cat, Darby. He has a tooth root abscess that will require tooth extraction.

We adopted Darby in 2015 from a shelter in Thunder Bay when he was about 2 years old. We don't know why anyone would give up such a sweet, beautiful boy; and we count ourselves very lucky to have found him. He has traveled with us throughout our twenties, from Thunder Bay to Chilliwack, to Aldergrove to Nobleton, to Innisfil to Midland. We have experienced so much with him and he has made our lives richer. For the years when John was a long-haul trucker, he kept me company and I never felt alone. Darby has touched the hearts of many over the years, with his undeniable beauty, his sweet and gentle nature, and his sassy meows.

We plan on paying for this surgery no matter what but would appreciate any help paying off the total cost.

Thank you for taking the time to read the story of Darby ❤️
