Hey there, my name is Anira and this is Charlie. He's my beloved 3 year old German Shepherd who has been recently diagnosed with lymphoma, a cancer of the lymph nodes. Dogs with this cancer typically only live for about a year to two years. We are hopeful that he's going to respond well to treatment and live happily for as long as he'll stay. Today was the first of many chemotherapy treatments, and the vet bill was daunting to say the least. Money has been tight and hard to come by for my family, especially since Covid started, so $1,400 per treatment is seemingly impossible. We are willing to go through with all of them for as long as we need to because he is a treasured member of the family.

The next treatment will be Monday, February 28th, and he will be getting them regularly once every 3 weeks. My family and I are pleading for any size donation, no matter how big or small, to help us reach our $8,000 goal in order to afford this necessary treatment for Charlie.
