Hey guys. I’m reaching out to you all because my family and I really need your help. On May 27th my dad, Bobby “Bad Boy” Earl Hines, passed away very suddenly after battling Covid-19 and Pneumonia.
He was a father, husband, brother, grandfather, and dear friend to so many. To know him truly was to love him. His bright, fun personality was guaranteed to light up a room and put a smile on everyone’s face. He wasn’t just the life of the party, he was the party and the void our family will feel is indescribable.
His death has left my family in an extremely vulnerable state, both mentally and financially. My dad was the sole provider for me and my mom leaving us in a very tough situation. He was an extremely hard worker and he always went above and beyond to provide for us. Nevertheless, due to our circumstances, we were still living paycheck to paycheck, thus leaving me and my mom uncertain about our future.
In addition to supporting my mom and I, he was also paying for my college expenses. For those of you that don’t know, I am currently in law school and have two more years left. I would really hate to have to abandon my dream and also I know that my dad would want me to finish strong.
As many of you know, my dad was one of the kindest, funniest, most genuine, caring, generous people you’ll ever meet. He was always trying to make someone smile and laugh. My dad cared deeply about people and he always chose to show love to anyone he crossed paths with. I’m hoping that our community can all come together and show him the same love he effortlessly showed us.
All funds raised will go directly to me and my mom and will cover expenses related to his death, our daily needs, bills, school, and future arrangements. Anything will help and is greatly appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you all for your support!
