Hi everyone, my name is Jovane, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart.

My little brother Andre passed away in my mom’s arms on April 27th at 5 a.m. He was only 13 years old, about to turn 14 on May 7th.

Andre was everything to me.

He’s the reason I know what love looks like.

He taught me about God, peace, passion, kindness, and what it means to truly care.

Even while facing brain cancer and battling the effects of powerful medications, Andre never broke his smile. Andre kept his beautiful spirit high, showing us strength, faith, and love until his last breath.

We’re trying to raise $20,000 to give Andre the funeral he deserves.

We don’t have anything close to that amount, and we have a very short time — about 24 hours — to make important decisions for his service.
