Help Us Pay For A Bit Of Our Utility Bills

(Updated) Hi, my name is Anthony Quisumbing and I live in Cagayan de Oro City Philippines along with my family. I'm one of many people that were affected by the quarantine due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and during the quarantine, I was unable to pay for our electric and water bills because I was left out of work for a month and a half, and diverted whatever I saved for food and essential goods. While I'm thankful Cagayan Electric Power & Light Company and Cagayan de Oro Water District are extending the due date for the bills, the bills will continue to pile up. Quarantine in Cagayan de Oro may potentially be extended starting this week (May 15th), and soon CEPALCO and COWD will start issuing deadlines and disconnection notices. As it currently stands, it'll break my back trying to raise the money just for these bills.

I need your help in covering the electric and water bills from January 2020 to March 2020, so it'll be easier for me to pay for the bills for April 2020 to May 2020. The picture I provided is a bill for January-March 2020, and paying the outstanding balance of 9,507.59 PHP (almost 200 USD) and half of the water bill (10, 000 PHP or around 200 USD) will greatly ease my burden and so I can continue to provide light and clean water to my family. I will provide a photo of the receipt once I have raised the amount I need. That's, unfortunately, all I can promise you.
