Help Us Overcome Apartment Mold-Related Challenges

Hello Friends and Family,
We have fled our moldy apartment in Savannah, GA, and are staying with family in The Woodlands, Texas. This is the very week Juliette graduates from Georgia Southern University with her BSN-RN in Nursing. We are so proud of her for graduating with Honors and Magna cum laude.
Over the past 4.5 years, we've been grinding out her degree and raising Lincoln and Evieana along the way. It took a great amount of effort and was an all-consuming affair. As the working parent, I have been logging 60 hours per week and solo parenting our two little ones on the weekends. Juliette has worked just as hard, typically 7 days per week. It's been truly a labor of love.
For over a year now, our apartment has had issues with mold, and we are undergoing a second remediation in 9 months. We are negotiating a settlement with the corporate property management, and so far, they seem to be willing to work with us. This process may drag out, and we are in need of funds to cover costs of relocating and to replace my lost wages.
Due to the mold, I have experienced chronic illness, pain, and fatigue. I have asthma like symptoms when exposed, wheezing and shortness of breath. Near-constant sinus infections, headaches, and fatigue have wrecked my immune system. I now have a second outbreak of shingles this year, which is unusual. This virus has me debilitated by nerve pain and inflammation in my left shoulder and upper back. The inflammation has my neck and face inflamed, and I have laryngitis, which makes it difficult to swallow or talk. The combination of missed work and stubbornly high prices has led to some difficult financial times for our family.
We are asking for your help while with these sudden and unexpected relocation expenses. The idea is that we cast a wide net and every small contribution will add up if we are able to spread the word and drum up support. Juliette needs time to study for her NCLEX and I need time to heal. I have faith that the property management company will agree to our settlement request, but in the meantime we lack sufficient resources to cover our relocation expenses prior to reimbursement.
Thank you so much for reading this far and please share our story with your network to help!
