Medically, this has been a really hard year for us.

Just to name a few, Rylee broke her arm and dislocated her elbow. I had to go into the hospital for pneumonia just a couple of weeks ago. And now I have to have surgery on my ankle on Friday.

Even with insurance, this has put us thousands of dollars in debt, and I just found out that I'm unable to have my much needed surgery on Friday without a down payment. This doesn't include follow-up visits and physical therapy that's still going to be needed. It also doesn't account for how much I am losing by being unable to work for up to 6 weeks.

If you know me, you know I'm not one to ask for help. I'm the kind of person that likes to do it myself, and help everyone else first.... But I don't know what to do here.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
