We are Francesco and Enrico, two friends and professionals in hospitality who have shared kitchens, dreams, and countless conversations about what really makes people feel at home. From those talks, Pastalo Bien was born: a name that plays with words between Italian and Spanish. The most recognisable italian food, pasta, blends with the Spanish say "Pasalo Bien", which means "have a good time.” For us, this is a real mission.

We want to create the first Italo-Canarian restaurant in La Orotava, a place where tradition and community come together. We believe that food is more than nourishment: it’s connection, memory, and joy. That’s why our dream is to craft homemade pasta with authentic Italian recipes, while also honoring the local products and flavors of Tenerife and the surrounding islands.

This cause is so important to us because we have both experienced first hand how restaurants often forget about locals, offering expensive concepts aimed at tourists and neglecting authenticity. With Pastalo Bien, we want to do the opposite: bring people together around a table, offering affordable quality, made with care and respect for the community.

The funds we are raising will go toward:

Setting up the restaurant space (furniture, kitchen equipment, renovation).

Sourcing from local producers to guarantee freshness and sustainability.

Creating an environment where guests feel like family, with high-standard food and service.

All donations will go directly into making this project a reality. Every euro raised will be managed transparently by us, Francesco and Enrico, as the founders of Pastalo Bien.
