Open Hand Association is a nonprofit organization based in the Bronx, NY. Since 2014, our mission has been simple but powerful: to extend a helping hand to individuals and families who lack access to basic necessities. With the support of generous partners and sponsors, we’ve spent over a decade distributing food, clothing, and essential items to those in need—offering not just material aid, but dignity, hope, and compassion.

Today, we’re facing one of the most difficult moments in our journey. Due to a sharp decline in funding and donations, our ability to continue serving the community is at serious risk. Families who have relied on us for years—and who still turn to us every day—may soon find our doors closed.
