On January 5th, 2022 the residents of IMF where displaced, forced to evacuate their home and jump from their windows to safety. The house cracked and partially collapsed, deeming it a safety hazard and unfit to live in.

 

Since then the dedicated committee of the organization alongside councilman Trayon White, the legal team, and several other advocates have been working relentlessly to ensure that the residents affected are not only safe, but well represented. However we still have so much more to accomplish, including obtaining an entire new home to house our residents.
