I am raising funds for myself and my household because we urgently need to move out of our current home. Our landlord refuses to fix dangerous mold, and after we tried to get legal help, the situation got worse. Maintenance was sent to make things worse on purpose, and now we can't even shower because of leaks coming from under it. The mold has been an issue for over a year, but it has gotten much worse recently.

This is especially hard because we just had a newborn three weeks ago. The mold is unsafe for him, and I am not working right now. We are trying to pack and move with no sleep, and it's overwhelming. I had preeclampsia at the end of my pregnancy, and my baby was born on Mother's Day needing oxygen and turning blue. I lost half my blood and needed a transfusion, so we were in the hospital for over a week. We didn't have time to prepare for this move, and now we have to leave before we can get legal help.
