Anyone who knows me and my girlfriend Chloe knows that we are in love, we are inseparable, we are soul mates, and that we want to start a life together. However, we are currently in a living situation that is too dangerous and stressful for us to even begin to do that. The building we are in is rundown and in dire need of major repair. The building manager is a nightmare—every tenant in the building can't stand this person, and repairs take forever or are often done improperly.
