Fight US Marine Extradition by North Korea

Christopher Ahn is a decorated US Marine who has served his country at war in Iraq. Today, the US government is attempting to extradite Christopher to Spain and risk extradition or even assassination by North Korea. This MUST NEVER HAPPEN.

Christopher Ahn is an American patriot, a Marine, a husband and devoted son to his mother and caretaker of his elderly 98 year old grandmother. This man, motivated by his love of his country, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and volunteered to defend this nation under fire. He rose to the responsibility of a Deputy Chief of intelligence for his USMC battalion that ran US detention facilities after the scandal at Abu Ghraib. His unit helped clean up the mistreatment of detainees, while working to end human trafficking and terrorism in Iraq.

He holds a Masters degree from the prestigious Darden School of Business from the University of Virginia and has lived a quiet and honorable life dedicated to family and friends and volunteering to advocate on behalf of US war veterans, all while running a small business. He has no criminal record, no history of violence, and has received letters of support from people’s lives he has touched around the country.

The United States government is not pressing any charges against Christopher but more disturbingly, the Department of Justice has issued an arrest warrant of an American national on behalf of the North Korean regime. The last American to find themselves arrested in North Korea was Otto Warmbier. The University of Virginia student spent 18 months in brutal North Korean confinement before he died from his injuries in 2017.

He and nine others are alleged to have entered into the North Korea embassy in Madrid, Spain in late February of 2019. However, all of the allegations and statements made by the North Korean nationals to the Spanish police were translated NOT by an independent translator, but by a high level North Korean official whose job is to ensure the North Korean nationals obey the will of their government. This makes all of their testimonies biased since it was given under the threat of execution.

The US Judge overseeing Christopher’s extradition case recognized that the unreliable testimonies created a special circumstance. That is why in late July 2019, Christopher was granted bail and house detention where he awaits his court date.
This does not mean Christopher’s case is over. We now know that Christopher and his colleagues were in Spain to RESCUE NORTH KOREANS, not attack them. In fact, the FBI has stated that all the intelligence and computer drives given to them by Christopher and his colleagues were “unprecedented” and “very important.” The FBI has also publicly admitted that the North Korean government has issued a murder contract on Christopher and that his life is now in mortal danger, especially if he is sent to Spain where the Spanish underworld has had relationships with North Korea for decades.

But still, the US government pursues extradition for Christopher and has issued no guarantees that the same fate Otto Warmbier met won't be dealt to him or but seeks to send him to a Spanish prison where he will be under the constant threat of murder.
The Spanish ministers are doing the bidding of Kim Jong Un and Christopher Ahn is the political poker chip. He needs to come fight this case and fight for his life. This man, this Marine, husband and patriot should be thanked for his dedication to his nation, not extradited for certain death at the hand of North Korea.

Please help us with his defense in any way you can. Extradition cases require a special legal skillset. These are expensive. We are literally fighting a foreign government trying to bring a US National into their jurisdiction. Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for Christopher's legal and necessary expenses while he fights to stay here in the United States.

Watch this video. This is our hero Christopher Ahn. God bless him and all who put themselves in harm's way for our freedom. Please share this with as many people as you can. US Marine Christopher Ahn needs to be free today!
