Two dumb stoners, Jay and Casey have to pay off an $80,000 IRS debt in 90 days or Jay will go to prison. The two team up with Eastern European Gangster, Lenny to stage the fake kidnapping of a rich friend in order to get the money quickly. Their plan is solid and simple, but they must evade grizzled State Police Detectives Callahan and Musto as they investigate the case, as well as MPA film regulations officer, Mr. Benedetti, who has a number of problems with the film's content. Watch two fish out of water struggle with a very serious situation and even more serious people as they delve deep into Scranton/Wilkes-Barre's seedy criminal underbelly. This R-Rated dark comedy reads like Trevor Moore meets Quentin Tarantino, with a dash of Coen Brothers, just for flavor.
