We successfully shot our pilot episode and are now in post!

All the money fundraised will be used to feed our crew and pay for props for the last four episodes, which we have received partial funding for from DTV. McSomething’s is a half-hour sitcom created by Carson Munsey and produced by DTV Productions at DePaul University.

Logline: in desperate need of rent money, two college kids decide to turn their basement into a speakeasy for underage students.

Think of the “hang-out” style sitcoms of yesteryear. Things like “How I Met Your Mother” or “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”. Tight, comedic shows that explore the time in your life where your friends are your family. While still a comedy, the heartbeat of the show lies in our lead character's desire to keep his friend group from splitting up.
