Help Us Make Her Recovery less stressful

Hi my name is Richard I am Omayras son. On Tuesday March 15th are lives drastically changed. As many of you know my mom, Omayra DeLeon is a strong woman she is a animal lover, she’s social, she loves to laugh, she is a energizer bunny, she loves to be active and loves to be useful in every way possible. Omayra is a mom of 3 and a brand new grandma. Omayra is a medical transport dispatcher, pet sitter and a home cleaner. On 3/15 approx. 830pm a neighbor knocked on our door, “your mom is injured very bad unconscious please come help I’ve called 911” I showed up for my mom where she was covered in a pool of blood and trying to breathe. My mom was trying to bring 3 gallons of water home for her animals lost balance of her mopehead and fell off of the mopehead onto her face. Most of the impact was to her face. Ambulance get there they suction blood out of her airways. She was rushed to the emergency room. She gained consciousness and then lost consciousness. My mom is currently in the ICU on medically induced Coma she has 2 fractures in her spine, 4 places in her face are broken, 2 parts of her jaw are broken and she has a skull fracture. I am left to be responsible for my mom as well as my sister Gia who is 16 years old. All of my mothers jobs are what kept our home afloat, her grind and motivation is what kept us above water. She needs me and my sister needs me too. The pets need me. I’m needed everywhere and I do not know where to start with how much I am responsible for. I want my mom to wake up and not worry about the bills, the pets, the house. I want her to wake up and just worry about her recovery and rehabilitations. I am asking that anyone donate to me and my family for costs of bills / rent that will pile up if I don’t get control of it, food, pet supplies, toiletries and transportation getting to and from the hospital since I do not have a car and rely on Uber/lyft. The community has donated some dog/cat food to us. And I am grateful but there’s still so much we need to keep afloat. If anyone can donate I thank you so much if you cannot just please keep my mom in your prayers during her recovery and her new life which will be so hard for her considering she likes to be mobile and she won’t be able to be anymore for a while.
