A few months ago, Tiara suddenly lost nearly all hearing in one ear. After countless appointments and specialist visits, doctors ordered an MRI that revealed a 4.1-centimeter mass that includes her brain stem. Although it is noncancerous, they described it as "gigantic," and life-saving intervention is now necessary.

On May 5th, Tiara will undergo a 12+ hour brain surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. Any portion that cannot be safely removed will require radiation treatment.
