Hi, my name is Olivia and I’m a mum to two amazing children.

We are currently living in a one-bedroom flat with ongoing damp and mould issues that have severely affected our health. I was recently hospitalised due to an asthma attack triggered by the conditions in our home, and my children are also suffering repeated illnesses while living here.

Despite medical evidence, we have been rejected from the housing register, and we remain in unsafe, overcrowded accommodation.

We are not asking for luxury — we are asking for safety and stability. Your donation will directly help us escape unsafe conditions, protect our health, and give my children a secure home to grow up in.

This fundraiser is not to buy a house outright. It is to help us:

• Secure safe alternative accommodation if needed

• Cover a rental deposit and moving costs

• Pay for legal advice to challenge housing decisions

• Protect my children’s health while we fight for permanent housing

• Replace belongings damaged by damp and mould

• Create some stability during what has been an incredibly distressing time

Being scammed in relation to housing has also left me financially vulnerable, making it even harder to move forward safely.
