Help Us Lay Victor Rios Rubio to Rest

This GoFundMe is being created for my brother, Victor Rios Rubio, who passed away Thursday afternoon after suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Words can’t express the amount of pain my family is going through. Such a beautiful soul with much more life ahead of him has been taken away from him. He deserved better; this wasn’t how his story was supposed to end. We ask for any collaboration to help bring him to rest peacefully.
