Our family is heartbroken to share that Steve Davis passed away after a battle with liver cancer. For years, he was the workhorse who kept our family moving forward—especially these last few years as he helped my brother care for our mother through her COPD struggles.

He was always behind the wheel, always fixing something, always showing up. Whether it was a car engine, a lawnmower, or anything with a motor—he could make it run again. He loved Alabama football, country music, and being outside.

Now that he’s gone, our family is shell-shocked. Along with our grief, we’re facing the immediate cost of burial. Even with the most basic arrangements, the funeral home requires nearly $4,000 upfront, and we simply don’t have it.

We’re asking for help to give him the dignity of being laid to rest properly. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to burial costs. If you’ve ever known the love of a family “workhorse,” if you’ve ever leaned on someone who kept everything running, then you know what kind of man he was.
