On October 2, 2025, our beloved father, Ramon Gurule, lost his courageous battle with kidney cancer. Ramon was the rock of our family- a gentle, selfless man who always put others before himself and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He found his greatest joy in spending time wife, children, grandchildren, and his his loyal dog Khole. Some of his happiest moments were spent at his son Matthew house, cheering on his beloved chargers and enjoying the laughter and warmth of family. He also loved going to the casino with his son Ray, sharing laughs and making memories, and visiting Goodwill and Yard-sales with his wife Helen, always on the hunt for a good deal to resell for fun and a little profit. He always had a blast checking the clearance sections at Walmart while waiting for his daughter to get out of work.

As we grieve this unimaginable loss, we also faced with the unexpected financial burden of funeral and memorial arrangements. Any support during this difficult time is deeply appreciated as we come together to honor and celebrate Ramon Life and legacy.

We will be bringing him back home to Calexico, California, to hold a church service and lay him to rest beside his mother, as was his wish, February 2026
