We are reaching out with broken hearts to share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved father, Quincy Milton Sr., on February 15th. Earlier that day, he was doing what he loved—celebrating Mardi Gras with friends and family, surrounded by laughter and joy. That evening, he returned home and peacefully passed away in his sleep. None of us could have imagined that would be our last day with him. Our father was a loving, devoted father to four children, and a proud grandfather to five beautiful grandchildren. He had been working toward reuniting with our mother and the rest of our family in Arizona, looking forward to the next chapter of his life surrounded by those he loved most. It brings us deep sorrow that he was taken from us before that reunion could happen. As we grieve this unimaginable loss, we are asking for help to travel to New Orleans to lay our father to rest and to stand beside our mother. The funds will be used for traveling expenses for the family from Phoenix, AZ to New Orleans, LA to lay Quincy to rest and celebrate his life. During this incredibly difficult time, we want to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our family after the sudden passing of our beloved father, Quincy Milton Sr. Your kindness, generosity, and prayers mean more to us than words can express. Any support you can offer—whether through a donation or by sharing our story—will help us honor our father’s memory and bring our family together as we say our final goodbyes. Thank you for being part of our community and for helping us through this painful journey.
