I never would have imagined being in this position, but here I am. I'm crying as I write this because it hurts so much to have had to say goodbye to one of my children. Zoe was taken to the hospital for a heart surgery. Unfortunately just when we where planning with the doctors to bring her home in 2 weeks, she took a turn for the worst. She almost made it to her 4 month bday.

Nunca me hubiera imaginado estar en esta posición, pero aquí estoy. Lloro mientras escribo esto porque me duele mucho haber tenido que despedirme de uno de mis hijos. Zoe fue llevada al hospital para una cirugía cardíaca. Desafortunadamente, justo cuando estábamos planeando con los médicos llevarla a casa en 2 semanas, ella tomó un giro para lo peor. Casi llegó a su cumpleaños de 4 meses.
