It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of my dad on Monday night. His loss has left our family completely heartbroken. While I was in Florida, he passed away without warning, and unfortunately, we did not get the chance to say goodbye — something that has made this loss even more painful. My grandmother and I are now navigating an overwhelming wave of grief while also facing the unexpected financial burden that comes with laying a loved one to rest. No family is ever truly prepared for this, and the emotional weight of planning final arrangements during a time like this is something we never imagined having to face.
