Help Us Lay My Brother to Rest – Found After a Month Missing
It breaks my heart to share this update. After a month of searching, endless prayers, and hope, detectives have located the body of my 18-year-old brother in Big Cottonwood Creek. For everyone who has followed our story, supported our family, and held out hope—thank you. It saddens me to say: this is where our search ends.
His disappearance shook our world, and now, the reality of his loss is something we are still trying to grasp.
He was so much more than this tragedy. He was kind, creative, funny, and deeply loved. His absence has left a hole in our hearts and in our family that can never be filled.
We’re now faced with the overwhelming task of planning a funeral no family should ever have to plan. We’re asking for help to give him the peaceful, dignified goodbye he deserves. Donations will go directly to funeral and burial costs, and anything left over will support mental health and suicide prevention efforts in his name.
If you can’t give, we ask that you share his story. Let this be a reminder to check on your loved ones and speak up about mental health. No one should suffer in silence.
Thank you for standing with us,
Margaret and Family
