Help us lay Michael Roman to rest.

In Pueblo, CO a mother gave life to a boy on 03/01/1997, 23 years ago. A boy who was like a regular child finding his way through life. Making choices that would alter his path. One day it shifted that had a domino effect on many lives. In July of 2016 Michael Roman decided to Join the United States Marine Corps and headed to California to being his journey with boot camp. In November 2016 he checked into 1st Marine Division, Headquarters Company, Truck company, 2nd platoon. As a young Marine he was Eager to learn about his job and have his own leadership style. He devoted himself to become a Corporal. As a corporal he not only became a working supervisor but a teacher for young Marines to follow. While serving his time in California, he always put the needs of his mother first. Her health has always been at risk. He was Always thinking of ways to providing for her as well. He was the perfect match to donate a kidney to his mother, but sadly never got the chance to fulfill that. The passion in his heart made him a selfless person. His unconditional love for his family was something out of movie. The way he viewed life was something to admire. He believed that Life was to short to be mad all the time. A joke was to be made in every situation. Sometimes completely at the wrong time. A very in moment person. I and many of the Marines who have served with him have seen this weird, down to earth boy turn into a confident, vocal, still about the carpe diem demeanor man. His laugh will never be heard in our work section, he will not get to physically embrace his mother whom he loved dearly, nor kiss any loved ones. God called Michael to his pearly gates from a tragic motorcycle accident on November 22nd 2020. Only that angel knows what happened that day. His brothers found him in what hopes to be that no pain was inflected upon death. So much is to be said about this man, that he was something to emulate. We are asking you to please donate what you can to his family. No amount of money can replace our jokester but it will help relief some of the financial part in helping his family.
