Help Us Lay Melissa Bell to Rest

As many of you know, my mother, Melissa Bell, suddenly passed away on January 25th. Wednesday morning is when she went into the hospital and was diagnosed with leukemia and pneumonia, and they began treatment. While learning this big news, we made the best out of that day and sat in her hospital room laughing, crying, eating, and discussing how we were going to get through this as a family. Unfortunately, as the night went on, she went into cardiac arrest, causing her to be intubated and put on a ventilator. After she flatlined, they got her as stable as possible, but her organs began to fail, and her cancer cells doubled overnight. The leukemia was attacking her entire body. She put up a good fight, but it was so aggressive she had no chance to recover.

I am making this GoFundMe to ask for help laying my mom to rest and giving her a proper funeral service. We are doing our best to figure this out with such a sudden, devastating situation. I've never been one to ask for help from my family and friends until now. In this moment, anything will help!! We are meeting with funeral homes tomorrow to discuss how to move forward. Any donations would be extremely appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. This is the absolute hardest time in our lives, but we are grateful for all the support and kind words everyone has been giving.
