Hi, my name is Veronica Moreno. I’m creating this GoFundMe page in hopes to raise some money so I can put my brother, Mario Moreno, who was a son, father, brother, and uncle, to rest.

He had an accident on 12/13/2025 from falling off a 3rd-floor building that left him on a ventilator machine. He suffered from severe brain damage, his face, neck, and spine were completely broken. After several CT scans and MRIs, the doctors told us and gave us really no hope for him to survive from that trauma. We got opinions from different doctors, and they told us the same thing about the chances of him making it through this incident. He was basically going to be a living vegetable, and not to mention memory loss. If one day he would open his eyes, chances were he would never recognize his family nor his kids again, and that’s what broke us into pieces even more.

Unfortunately, after gathering as much information from the doctors and talking to close family about the situation, we decided to let my brother rest. He was a young father of two beautiful kids that he loved with his whole heart that he leaves behind. He was funny, loving, outgoing and smart. He had a long life ahead of him, but only God knows why he called him home so soon.
