This past weekend, we lost someone who meant the world to us — our friend, our brother, our HVAC installer, Kane.

His life was tragically taken in an act of senseless gun violence, leaving us heartbroken and struggling to process the reality of his absence.

Kane was more than just a skilled tradesman — he was the kind of person who showed up when you needed him, whether it was installing an AC in the middle of a heat wave or simply lending a listening ear. His laughter, his work ethic, and his generous spirit touched everyone who knew him.

Now, instead of planning for the future with him, we are faced with the heartbreaking task of laying him to rest far too soon.
