Help us Lay Johnny Howard Cruz to Rest

My name is Jerri Lynn Ulloa- I am setting this go fund me up for my cousins; Lourdes, Shane & Rico to help alleviate any extra stress for funeral costs while figuring out how to navigate the loss of their dad,

who we all know as Uncle Johnny Howard Cruz.

Johnny Howard Cruz passed away early on August 16th due to a heart attack while driving, which caused him to drive off the road. Family waited for his arrival at the hospital to no avail because he was pronounced dead at the scene. The doctors later told family that he suffered from acute coronary thrombosis. (An acute coronary artery thrombus, also known as coronary thrombosis, occurs when a clot forms in an artery that supplies blood to the heart. This happens when plaque in the artery ruptures or erodes, completely blocking the artery.)

Nothing can truly prepare someone for the loss of a loved one, especially a parent. This is why we have created this GoFundMe page—to provide support for Lourdes, Shane and Rico, during this challenging time. As all of this just happened and a lot is still being figured out, we kindly ask for support to help lay uncle Johnny to rest.

Uncle Johnny was one to always show up for his family. Any birthday event, any accomplishment, or even any emergency, uncle Johnny was always there for his family. He was an amazing and loving father, grandfather, brother, cousin and friend.
