Help us lay Herman to Rest

Donation protected
Herman Lewis Jones Jr. was 63 years old. He was currently residing in a rehabilitation/nursing home trying to get back on his feet so he could live on his own again. He had just gotten his cataract surgery to gain back his vision, which before the surgery he had been deemed legally blind. Herman was so happy to see again was getting another step closer to being independent again. Sadly and VERY unexpectedly Herman passed away on September 10, 2019. The coroner says Herman's heart gave out. He had no real health issues, this is why his passing was so unexpected. Herman had no life insurance, and had very fixed income. Herman has three children a daughter, Catherine (deceased at 5 weeks old due to birth defects), two sons Chris and Raine both boys have families of their own and no extra means to lay their father to rest.  Herman always voiced he wanted to buried near Catherine, the funeral home let us know we could place Herman's  ashes in Catherine's plot with her which we know Herman would have loved that. Our problem is we honestly have no money to have him cremated so he can properly be laid to rest. We truly would not ask for the money if we really had a way to get it. All donations will go to Raine and Chris to get their father, Herman cremated and buried in his final resting place with Catherine. Any little bit helps!

Thank you in Advance,

      Raine and Chris.
