Help us lay Dozier "G.O.D." Leigh to rest

With a heavy heart, I share the passing of my best friend, Dozier "G.O.D" Leigh.

If you know me, then you already know, without me having to say a word, how much he meant to me. Dozier was a rare soul: loving, brilliant, and full of wisdom. He passed away this past weekend, and we want to honor him with the dignity and love he gave so freely to others.

Dozier touched countless lives. If you had the gift of knowing him, your memories are probably like mine, filled with laughter, love, and moments that made you feel seen and understood. He always saw the best in people.

As a member of the legendary hip hop group Pitch Black, Dozier made his mark on real hip hop. I often told him he was a lyrical genius, because he truly was one of the realest to ever do it.
