My name is Samuel Robles. I speak on behalf of the entire family. David wasn't a perfect man by a long shot, but he was often misunderstood and unknown to many. He had a heart of gold, and he loved everyone close to him with all his might. Unfortunately, his sickness led him to his demise, and it has left us hurting, grieving, and at a loss for words. However, his death is not in vain. He chose, at the end, to give the gift of life by donating his organs and tissue to save the lives of at least five recipients and save their families the heartache and grief that we face today. Be it as it may, they do not offer any kind of assistance with funeral costs and expenses. His oldest daughter and son's wishes are that he would be buried, with an open casket viewing, and I would like to honor his death by allowing those who were close to him to pay their respects.
