Help us lay Dad (Kevin) to rest

 

Hello Everyone,

It saddens me to share this news (and even more so to ask for funding) but Jaime and I could use some help in laying our Dad to rest and planning a memorial service of sorts.

 

Stuart “Kevin” Hurt passed away on Thursday 10/7/2021. He leaves behind his Mother (Pat), his 2 daughters (Chas and Jaime), 3 Grandchildren (Everly, Charlie and Jerrett), a very dear friend and brother (Keith Thornton) and a number of other “brothers and sisters.” (he never had “just” friends he always considered them family.) Among his many talents Kevin was a gifted and passionate musician, an avid electrician, and even a part time household comedian. He so much enjoyed making everyone laugh especially in unexpected moments. He was also a very devoted son, and would do anything for those he cared for even if it was at his own expense. He loved his 84’ Camaro and playing his guitar and alot of times just kicking back at home watching TV. His passing was very unexpected and he will be missed dearly by us all. A “Kevin style” memorial service is in the works and is TBA likely via a Facebook event.

 

Jaime and I are planning and funding majority of this up front and appreciate whatever is in your heart to contribute (including any words of encouragement /prayers) to help us through this process.
