With heavy hearts, we are reaching out for help to cover the costs of cremation and a celebration of life for our beloved father, Charles Hager Sr. His passing has left an immense void in our lives, and we want to honor him in the way he deserves.

My dad fought so hard for so long. He was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and spent years waiting for the chance at a new life. In September 2024, he underwent a liver and kidney transplant, along with a triple bypass. We had so much hope—by January 2025, his recovery was looking promising, and we truly believed he would be coming home to us in a few months. But life can be cruel.

Unexpectedly, his health began to decline. By late March, he was in tremendous pain, and as a family, we made the heartbreaking decision to focus on his comfort. On April 5, 2025, at around 3:50 PM, my father passed away.

We are devastated, grieving not only the loss of his presence but the future we had envisioned with him still in it. If you are able, any contribution—no matter how small—would mean the world to us as we lay him to rest and gather to celebrate the man he was.
