Our husband, father, soulmate, and best friend, Robert Eggeling (Bobby), was sadly taken away from us after nearly a year of battling two very rare forms of aggressive cancers.

Having exhausted all his treatment options, Bobby came home on hospice on August 21st to live out the remainder of his life with us. He required a great deal of specialized care from his family.

Bobby was loved for his sense of humor and wit. He always had the ability to make a dark situation light and bring laughter into any room. Bobby loved music and was an amazing guitarist. He also loved fishing, cooking, and playing cards. But more than anything in this world, he loved his family, and he leaves an enormous hole in our lives.

Bobby finally received his eternal reward of no more pain or suffering on December 4th.

We are reaching out to all our family and friends for support. Our family is not only grieving an unimaginable loss, but we are also facing the financial burden of funeral costs and medical expenses.
