Help Us Lay Ausencio Lezama to Rest

Hello, my name is Katherine Alaniz, and I am one of the 19 proud grandchildren of Ausencio Lezama.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved grandfather, Ausencio, who left us peacefully on Sunday, April 27th, after spending his final week in hospice care.

Our family, his 5 daughters and 19 grandchildren, are reaching out to the community to humbly ask for your support as we work to raise enough funds to cover the cost of his funeral and cemetery services.

Ausencio was the pillar of our family. His faith was his guiding light, helping him navigate both life's hardships and its blessings. He taught us how to be strong in difficult times, how to stay united as a family, and above all, how to work hard and live with purpose.

Despite all he faced, Ausencio remained a kid at heart, finding joy simply by being surrounded by family. He leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories and more importantly, a legacy of love, resilience, and faith. His spirit lives on through the values he passed down to each of us: the importance of family, the value of hard work, the strength of faith, and the ability to always find the good in life.

Hola, mi nombre es Katherine Alaniz y soy una de los 19 orgullosos nietos de Ausencio Lezama.

Con el corazón lleno de tristeza, compartimos el fallecimiento de nuestro querido abuelo, Ausencio, quien partió en paz el domingo 27 de abril, tras pasar su última semana bajo cuidados de hospicio. Nuestra familia ,sus 5 hijas y 19 nietos, estamos pidiendo humildemente el apoyo de la comunidad para ayudarnos a recaudar los fondos necesarios para cubrir los gastos de su funeral y servicio en el cementerio. Ausencio fue el pilar de nuestra familia. Su fe fue su guía, ayudándolo a atravesar tanto las dificultades como las bendiciones de la vida. Nos enseñó a ser fuertes en los momentos difíciles, a mantenernos unidos como familia, y sobre todo, a trabajar duro y vivir con propósito.

A pesar de todos los retos, Ausencio siempre mantuvo un espíritu alegre, disfrutando plenamente al estar rodeado de su familia. Nos deja una vida llena de recuerdos que atesoraremos para siempre, pero aún más importante, deja un legado de amor, fortaleza y fe. Su espíritu vive en cada uno de nosotros a través de los valores que nos inculcó: la importancia de la familia, el valor del trabajo duro, la fuerza de la fe y la capacidad de ver siempre lo bueno en la vida.

Cada donación, sin importar el monto, nos ayudará a honrar su memoria con el respeto y amor que él merece. También les pedimos sus oraciones, que compartan esta causa, y su apoyo para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestra meta.
