Help Us Lay a Beloved Father and Papaw and son to Rest

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I reach out during this devastating time. My daddy went missing on Wednesday, and after days of searching and praying, I received the call that he had been found. I rushed to the scene and had to witness something no daughter should ever have to see - finding my daddy in the most horrifying way imaginable. The trauma and pain of that moment will stay with me forever.

My daddy was an incredible man who meant the world to so many people. He was my hero, my rock, and my best friend. We were so close, and he was the kind of father every girl dreams of having. To his beautiful grandbabies, he was the most amazing Papaw they could have asked for - always there with a hug, a smile, and endless love. His own mother is now facing the unimaginable grief of losing her son. He also leaves behind countless friends who loved him dearly. This tragedy has struck so close to Christmas, a time when we should be celebrating together as a family. Instead, we are facing the impossible task of saying goodbye.. I simply don't have the funds to give my daddy the proper burial he deserves. He gave me and his grandbabies everything he could in life, and now I'm asking for help to honor him in death.
