Help us launch the first Alkaline/Plant Based restaurant & Juice bar in Brooklyn, NYC! Peace and love family my name is Shinela. I started my journey to heal my self using Dr.Sebi’s methodology in January 1st, 2017. My New Years resolution was to eat cleaner and cut all animals products. But like many, a few weeks later I gave up. I had no support and no clue where to start. It wasn’t until car accident almost left me crippled that I fully committed. I had a torn meniscus in my left knee, fractured bones, concussion, PSTD, and was diagnosed with depression. I tried healing using prescription drugs the American Standard Diet and nothing worked. So I did something radical I completely eliminated all animal products and started using the food and herbs listed on Dr. Sebi’s Nutritional guide which I found on YouTube, just to see how I felt. To my surprise after months of drugs that didn’t work. I was able to walk again and heal myself completely. Since I’ve learned about this amazing lifestyle I created a YouTube channel to show how to incorporate healthy living in your everyday life. Our dream is both elevate and make more accessible plant based/Alkaline dining. We want to make transitioning to a healthier lifestyle easy, accessible, and affordable for all. Were not just asking for your help opening we’re asking you to help us uplift our community.
