Happy New Year from one of Canada's newest non-profits!

We are welcoming 2024 with our minds and hearts full of conviction to contribute to a significant change in workplace culture. We are the Coalition for Regenerative Work, and we exist to make workplaces safer, healthier, happier, and more regenerative.

We are asking you to help us do what we do best.

We are researchers, educators, facilitators and advocates here to connect heads, hearts and souls in our collective understanding of what it means to 'work' together.

Every workplace deserves to be healthy, inviting, warm...more human. We have seen the impact of positive workplaces on the mental health of individuals, and we believe that a positive workplace can be created by supporting the collective skills, mindsets and capabilities of individuals and teams.

Rooted in research, behavioural science, land based learning and lived experience, we're here to create a movement, an evolution revolution for regenerative work through positive workplace culture.

The Vision: A Workplace R-Evolution

Imagine waking up every day feeling peaceful, secure, and energized to go to work. You feel this way because you are doing what you have been entrusted to do in an environment that welcomes all of who you are, and is nimble to respond to your needs as a whole person and not just as an employee.

Imagine leading a team of individuals in a regenerative way with room for vulnerabilities to make way for genius. Where the burden of productivity is no longer carried on the heels of exhaustion because your team is nourished enough to be generous with their time and energy. Where responsibility is shared through trust instead of measurement, and where the end of the day feels like a collective accomplishment instead of admonishment.

__________

Imagine your workplace with
  • less anxiety
*more joy
  • less fatigue
*more ease
  • less aggression
*more collaboration
  • less turnover
*higher morale
  • lower rate of sick leave and burnout
*greater resilience

IMAGINE
  • low to no harassment or discrimination complaints
  • low to no wage and hour disputes
  • no unsafe working conditions
  • no lateral violence
  • no workplace bullying
  • no toxic work culture ever... again.

We recognize that what we're up to is lofty, especially in this time of deep cultural shifts and systemic blindspots...

And that's why we're here.

Our collaborative team of researchers, facilitators and educators consistently gather, deliver and share the best in workplace wellness assessments, plans, workshops and intermodal trainings for businesses and organizations committed to cultivating, and sustaining a workplace environment that is nourishing, generative and joy-filled.

How are we going to use the funds?

This is start up capital. We have three goals this year:

1) Hire a staff person to design and initiate our fundraising/giving campaign so we fulfill our strategic plan of research, advocacy, education and community building.

2) Launch our quarterly Research Journal featuring papers written by leaders in the field of human, relational and resilient workplaces.

3) Launch our R-Evolution Community, a bi-weekly online gathering circle for professionals who need nourishment, support and care as we collectively shift workplace culture.

and of course... marketing marketing marketing. We can't do much if people don't know about us. ;)

Our ask is $25 or more as you can.

Every $25 gift to us, gives you a one year membership to the Coalition where you will receive:

  • Our quarterly journal
  • 3 months free access to our R-Evolution Gathering Circle
  • ongoing updates about our progress!

Every $300 gift gives you all of the above
