- Secure a local performance and education space—a creative home for our community
- Begin to furnish our space with materials and furniture
- Build our website/social media and establish our online presence
- Create a meaningful, professional logo to embody our mission
- Develop rich, inclusive curriculum for young artists of all ages and abilities
- Form our LLC and lay the foundation for sustainable growth
